Erin Elgie

Mrs. Elgie graduated from the University of Houston in 2021 with a degree in World Cultures and Literature, Ancient Studies and a minor in math. Mrs. Elgie has taught piano for the past eight years and has also taught junior high Sunday school. She brings a contagious enthusiasm to her subjects and loves giving individual attention to each student, adapting to their needs. Mrs. Elgie spends her free time reading, cooking, gardening, or engaged in one of her many craft projects. She and her husband, Jack, are newlyweds and members of Cornerstone Presbyterian Church. A former Schola student herself, Mrs. Elgie looks forward to helping young Schola students hone their writing and language skills.
